I have 2 other options in my pocket J The first option is Atelier Carnem (the 2nd is Bidoche in the 11th district).
I haven’t had the occasion to taste their food yet, but the reviews made me want to rush to this restaurant !

While you are at the table, you are in Meat Heaven !!! The choice of meat is incredible : Rubia de Galicia, Wagyu from Australia, veal TBone from the center of France (Limousin) or ribeye of the Australian Tomhawk beef (1.2 kg).
The sides are home made : French fries, homemade mashed potatoes.
Atelier Carnem knows perfectly the food and wine matching.
