12TH DISTRICT

Category

The 12th district is a residential area and unknown from the tourists. It is nevertheless a beautiful location to relax: the amazing « Yitzhak Rabbin » gardens which border Bercy concert arena and Cour St Emilion are a heaven in peace.

Stroll on the Coulée Verte (our Parisian highline) between Porte Dorée and Bastille. This green belt overhangs le Viaduc des Arts where you can discover passionate craftsmen and designers (fashion, design, ironwork…). Make a stopover to one of the most renowned food market in Paris, close to Bastille : Aligre food market.

Do you want to be transported by magic ? Go to the Musée des Arts Forains (Fairground Museum)… Hidden in former wineries in Bercy, you will feel like a child again thanks to the magic of the old fairground attractions

Do you want to discover French gastronomy ? Le Train Bleu at Gare de Lyon is a legendary restaurant. Other bistronomic restaurants settled in the 12th district like Jouvence, Dersou…

There are also many spots to hang out. The last one is the Ground Control.
