Pho Tai restaurant will become you Asian canteen if you love Spring rolls and bo bun. The owner, Te Ven Pin, was named as the Chinese Robuchon.
His pho are very famous and as PhoTai is a small restaurant, it’s better to arrive at 19h30/20h to get a table. Otherwise you will line up outside.
I recommend you to take the spring rolls with beef and another one with shrimps. They are huge. One for 2 people is enough.
My tip: if you like coconut drinks, ask for the Sussa (3 colors drink)
